Heading to Dakhla: Desert at Full Speed
The final Moroccan stage before a well-deserved rest day.
The final Moroccan stage will see the caravan continue its journey through the characteristic landscapes of the southern Moroccan desert. Once again, the day will start on brand-new tracks leading quickly into the dunes, before competitors find themselves on very fast tracks over vast flat stretches of firm sand, dotted with camel grass. As every year, the bivouac will be set up in Dakhla for a well-deserved rest day… although this day does not necessarily mean rest for the riders and support teams, who will need to prepare to face Mauritania
