CLASSIC RACE

For its 15th edition, AFRICA ECO RACE returns to tradition with vehicles who made the african cross-country rallies famous by inaugurating a brand new category, the CLASSIC.

The only rally going through two continents, from Monaco to Dakar.

VEHICLES

• Fuel autonomy : 500 kms For security reasons, an additional autonomy of 10% is recommended.

• Different average will be proposed according to the building year of the vehicle and to the type of tracks

ENTRY FEES

Are included in the entry fees:

The TWO-WAY BOAT TRANSPORT of each vehicle registered
BOAT TRANSPORT to Morocco of each participant, 2 nights
The customs administrative formalities.

The fee applied will correspond to the one applicable at the time of the initial registration and with the respect of the payment schedule.

Once the racing vehicle(s) entered in the Classic category, the assistance vehicle(s) may be registered later. Therefore, assistance will benefit from the same offer as the race registration.

Example: "registration of a Classic vehicle at the preferential rate. Registration for assistance after preferential rates: the rate applied is the same as the one of the race / raid vehicle, ie "the preferential rate".

Please note: assistance must be entered in the same file as the Classic vehicle. The AFRICA ECO RACE cannot invoice several people or entities for the same team.

ROLLCAGE
An original vehicle can keep its original rollcage (rollcage in aluminium forbidden).
Any other vehicle, replica type, must follow the appendix to download down the page.

SEATS
Compulsory FIA norms (all norms accepted).

HARNESS
Compulsory FIA norms (all norms accepted).

FUEL TANK
Standard, free.
Breather valve with compulsory ball type selaed in case of roll-over IF additional tank with filling by chute from the roof.

HELMET*
Homologated  FIA or SNEL helmet (all norms accepted).

OVERALL SUIT
Homologated FIA (all norms accepted).

 

SHOES & UNDERWEAR*
Strongly recommended
