To participate, no need to have a FIA homologated vehicle. 
Of course, some security and technical rules must be respected to travel the 6000km from Monaco to the Lac Rose in Dakar.

The event is an International event registered on the FFSA and FFM calendars. The vehicles will have to be in conformity with the specific technical regulations of the event and with the regulations of the International Federations.
